Sadly, my bras end up needing rather *less* in the way of extension because they get stretched out so badly. BUT! this may be partially my fault - I picked up some advice from Tim Gunn's new show where they took the young woman to a lingerie store (oh, how I need to find one local to me) and the woman pointed out that all bras will stretch and you need to buy one that fits on the first row of hooks, reserving the remaining hooks to accommodate the stretch. All this time, I've been buying my Lane Bryant bras by fitting to the last ("smallest") row of hooks, unwittingly hastening the day of bra uselessness reckoning. The good news is that, apparently, I am not as big as I think I am. This calls for a celebration of new bras, if you ask me.
