When I think of Greece, I think of amazing food, bright sun, and women who stay out of sight when not in the companionship of their families. So Supermandolini comes as a bit of a surprise to me; clearly there are things I’ve assumed about Greece that just aren’t right. Shame on me for my stereotypes.
This two-designer shop out of Greece carries prints and accessories that are unique and rather powerful. Sizes run up to a smallish 2x (allowing for max a 38 inch bust), and the designs would work well in casual and club environments. Pricing is pricey – more than $50 US (the pricing is in Euros), but remember that these are independent designs of limited edition. You’re not going to have the embarrassment of someone else wearing the same T to your party.
Especially check out their accessories section – every piece has conversation starting and stopping potential. And fear not the exchange rate…although the Greek post may or may not prove a challenge.
