I actually really enjoyed this viral marketing video constructed for Marshall’s the Cube, an in-store boutique housed within the racks of surprisingly good fashion finds. While the Cube itself does not yet carry true plus sizes (HINT) they do have some of the trendier accessories and shoes up to size 10. All the same – this viral video is what advertising awards were made for. On the one hand, it’s hilarious, and on the other hand it captures teenage insecurity in a way that even novelists and script-for-teen-show writers haven’t quite. Marshall’s the Cube also now has its own Facebook group. Be careful at work – they’re using a lot of sudden-noise media.
