A few years ago I saw a lot of girls wearing flowery dresses over top of light-colored jeans. I haven’t seen this (much) outside of art school neighborhoods in recent years, but I do still sometimes see it.
This dress is not flowered, the jeans are not light. What do you make of it? At what age range is this type of outfit no longer appropriate?
