New York magazine implied that Kenley Collins was looking at doing plus size design about a month back. While I didn’t see any quotes about it from her – so it may not have been exactly what she said – if she’s looking for a way to stay employed that is one possibility. While her retro-chic looks on Project Runway were cute, she was if I recall rather one note, and has one of the worst personalities I’ve ever seen on television, and I do have this weird thing where I have trouble buying from humans I think are awful people.
I’m aware that plus designer Qristyl Frasier is on this season’s show, and I certainly wish her the best, but I’m just not watching this season. Yes, there’s more beautiful and original clothing out there but I’m just sort of out of bandwidth for reality TV.
