Just My Size – new fashion line
Yes, I know I’m heavy on the Youtube this week. There’s just a lot out there that needs to be seen. This particular clip comes courtesy of plus fashion outlet Just My Size. They are working on coming up with more fashion-forward looks as part of their collection, while still staying consumer friendly. FULL DISCLOSURE: they did send me a few samples. You will be seeing me wearing them, soon. In the meantime, offer some feedback here as to what you’re seeing!
Quite a few cute basics, some I’d totally wear! Do you know where they will be selling their line and what their price points will be? Also, what their sizes will be? I’m a big mamajamma!
Most of the stuff looks great, but since JMS decided to be idiots and not offer the clothes in 30/32’s I’ll be saving a lot of money.
The price points are all $30 and under on each piece – I think the most expensive item sent me is the dress, which shows up as $30 on the site. These are really LOW price points. Their sizes go up to 26-28, but they are GENEROUS in that area, the equivalent of a 30/32 at Lane Bryant.
I think it’s awesome they’ll be offering a line to Walmart (US). Their designs have come a long way for every day.
I have to disagree with you, di. The sizing of the new “fashion” items is NOT generous. It’s quite a bit smaller than most of the other JMS items I own. I’m a 22/24 on top and in fitted shirts of the “fashion” line a 4x doesn’t fit me. I do love a lot of the things they’ve put out (the leggings in particular) but the sizing makes me :(
I find this a little odd, because I’m at the absolute MAX in standard clothing sizing before someone starts recommending I just wear a sheet. Do you have a bust size over fifty inches? (That might make a difference.)
