My five favorite plus blogs

If you’re looking for more awesome blog and fashion reading, the fatosphere has brought forth some fantastic writers. This is a mix of fashion, fat politics, feminism and fun – all things that make up my world.

  Not a pro-fat blog. Just pro-woman, hysterical gossip, and pro-smart. I am absolutely pro-smart.
• Shapely Prose
  Dirty words. Feminism. Fatness. I’d like to buy Kate a drink, even if she’d swear at me.
• Manolo for the Big Girl
  Hysterically funny and all in the voice of high standards, this woman talks shoes, couture – and quality – in so much more than fashion.
• Fatshionista blog
  A great mix of style, politics and finds – the ultimate companion to fatshionista on livejournal.
• Large and Lovely on BellaOnline
  Regular commenter and fellow pro-writer M. Wood writes her own take on fashion, plus size life and meditates on the things that get us through life. A great, fun read.
