There are three things I learned about my experience doing these photos of myself:
1)I am out of practice taking pictures of myself. Perhaps I’d better revisit those self-portrait groups on Flickr.
2)This is TERRIFYING. When you do self portraits a lot, you eventually forget the fear, but when you quit for awhile, it all comes RIGHT back.
3)I know what I did wrong this time. It’s mostly about ISO in this case, since this is the only clear spot in my home I can do the photos. Also, I could lower the tripod a little.
What’s this photo set about?
I’m wearing an Ulla Popken pink shimmer shirt that Babe sent me. for those of you who might get your hands on it, this is what it looks like on me. I’m a size 28, give/take, with a 46C bust. It’s pretty roomy, and I like it as a jacket. I’m wearing a Lane Bryant camisole and Old Navy jeggings; the ballet flats came from Payless last year.
You can get your own version in pink, or in black, by following the link to the Ulla Popken site.
