The Twin Cities – Minneapolis/Saint Paul – is big on local business, and shopping local. The first thing someone local asks me when they find out I’m a plus size blogger? “Where can I find plus size clothes around here?” A very close second is of course, “So where do I find a decent bra?”
But for plus size shoppers, going local has serious limitations. Because plus-size focused boutiques are very few we depend on luck, and upon braving the malls to find our plus-size clothing. While we have the fabled Mall of America at our disposal, even there, plus sizes have at-best limited choices. This is an effort to save some time and hair pulling just trying to find that something to wear for that thing you’ve got going.
Addresses are included only when the shop does not have a website.
All the stores listed here have some place where a customer can walk in and try on clothing in the Twin Cities metro.
