2012 Fall trend: raincoats

While it’s probably a carryover from the military jacket, it looks like this fall will be very much about the raincoat. Fashion had had far less practical trends in the past, and it’s the sort of thing you can get now to be “in” and just keep around for years for the simple benefit of staying dry when it’s raining. Really, not a bad thing. Raincoats typically follow a cute trenchcoat style, and whether you like belted or not, it’s always handy for those of us who live in areas where the transition between summer and fall might be quite long – or quite sudden.
