Lord and Taylor is what I would term a reluctant plus-size clothier. They provide great, gorgeous, and gorgeously expensive plus size clothing. Somehow Lord and Taylor does this while relaying the message that the company really, really doesn’t want to. That’s a WASP approach if ever there was one.
